Our goals include ensuring that all employees are aware of health and safety practices, providing necessary training and promoting these standards with our contractors. We also focus on keeping everyone informed about the latest health, safety and environmental requirements and addressing any issues that arise from accidents.

Our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy outlines clear guidelines to prevent unethical practices and ensure transparency and accountability across the company. We take violations seriously, with severe penalties for those who breach the policy, including potential termination of employment. This policy applies to all employees, directors, officers and third parties involved in our business, in line with relevant anti-corruption laws, including the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. As part of our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Policy, we have a strict drug and alcohol free policy to protect the well being of all employees, contractors and visitors. The misuse of drugs and alcohol can affect performance and create serious safety risks, so we are committed to preventing such issues.

We prohibit the use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs and the misuse of legal drugs on company premises. Employees must be sober while at work or engaged in company related activities. We also reserve the right to conduct searches and random drug and alcohol tests if necessary. Contractors are required to ensure their workers are not impaired while on our premises or performing company business. Violating this policy can lead to disciplinary action, including termination. Our goal is to ensure a safe, productive environment for everyone.
